    The cost of your subscription is primarily determined by the features included in your selected plan that impacts on your marketing outcomes. Tracksend offers flexible pricing options to accommodate businesses with varying business needs.
  • Is the monthly subscription fee billed separately from SMS, RCS and Whatsapp fees?
    The subscription fee covers platform access and features, while SMS, Rich Media SMS (RCS), WhatsApp charges refer to the costs of sending individual messages which are billed by the network provider, this is billed on your wallet for SMS and RCS and by Facebook for WhatsApp
  • Do you charge based on the number of contacts in my list?
    No, we do not charge based on the number of contacts in your list. Our pricing at Tracksend is primarily based on the volume of messages you send and the features you require. You can have an unlimited number of contacts in your list without incurring any additional charges.
  • Are there any discounts based on the high volume messages I plan to send?
    Yes, happy to discuss, kindly contact sales.
  • What level of customer support do you provide?
    We provide assistance to customers on all plans through our chat or support email. However, it’s important to note that response times may vary for customers on Priority Support, who benefit from omnichannel support and faster response times.
